Public Offer

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Offer is an official proposal of the ANDRE brand, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, to conclude a дистанційний sales agreement for goods through the Online Store.

1.2. The ANDRE online store sells men’s clothing, footwear, and accessories through the official website.

1.3. The products presented on the website correspond to the photographs and descriptions; however, slight differences in shades may occur depending on screen settings.

1.4. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Offer shall be considered the placement and/or payment of an order on the website.

2. Terms and Definitions

“Product” — men’s clothing, footwear, accessories, and other products of the ANDRE brand.

“Online Store” — the official ANDRE website through which products are sold remotely.

“Seller” — the owner of the ANDRE Online Store.

“Buyer” — an individual who places an order on the website.

“Order” — a properly completed request by the Buyer to purchase a product.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Product into the ownership of the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3.2. The Agreement regulates:

order placement;
payment for goods;
delivery of goods;
return and exchange conditions;
rights and obligations of the parties.

4. Order Placement Procedure

4.1. The Buyer has the right to place an order for any product presented on the website and available for sale.

4.2. Orders are placed independently through the Online Store website or through the store manager.

4.3. In the event of product unavailability, the Seller shall notify the Buyer via phone, messenger apps, or email.

4.4. In case of product unavailability, the Buyer has the right to:

replace the product with another one;
cancel the order;
agree to wait for the product.

5. Price and Payment Procedure

5.1. The price of each product is indicated on the Online Store website.

5.2. Payment is made in the national currency of Ukraine — hryvnia.

5.3. The Buyer may pay for the order:

by online bank card;
by bank transfer;
cash on delivery (if available).

5.4. The order is considered paid after the funds are credited to the Seller’s account.

5.5. Delivery cost is not included in the product price and is paid separately according to the delivery service tariffs.

5.6. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation or cash-on-delivery placement.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by delivery services.

6.2. Delivery times depend on the carrier’s operation.

6.3. After the product is transferred to the delivery service, responsibility for delivery times passes to the carrier.

6.4. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the product upon receipt.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. The Buyer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 calendar days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
